I’ve been thinking about starting this blog for so long that now that I’m finally doing it, I sit here staring blankly at the page.
So many hopes. So many wishes. So many feelings to unload. So many moments to share. Where do I begin?
If you’ve stumbled across this page and have decided to stick with me, you’re probably wondering what this blog is about.
So let’s start there.
This blog is a raw, transparent account of my journey through motherhood—picking up the pieces after PPD, creating my new identity as a work-from-home mom, and cherishing + documenting all these moments I’m blessed to have with my little girl in this exhausting, magical season of life.
Throughout the next few months, I hope to share with you the good times and the bad, and all the fun little moments I never want to forget in between. Sometimes those shareable moments may showcase a 9,000 calorie cookie recipe (jk… kind of) or fun family outing—and sometimes they may be me venting about anxieties or thoughts my awkward brain is churning up.
Most of all, I hope that keeping it real will help me stay mindful and present, and may just encourage some other mamas reading this to do the same. I look forward to seeing where this blog is headed and meeting incredible new people in the process. ❤️
